Just wanted to say thank you for Wednesday’s face to face breathwork session. It was an amazing experience and I look forward to another session. Breathwork with Emma was an amazing experience. I have never been to a in life session previously and would highly recommend it. It was a very calming but exhilarating experience and although uncomfortable at times, the warm feelings and visions that I got during the session were worth it. Emma's calming nature and subtle prompts were perfect for this and I felt relaxed in her presence. The time flew and it literally felt like five minutes. I can’t wait for my next session and for those unsure I would definitely suggest trying for the experience. Thank you xx
A unique experience that was deeply relaxing but strangely invigorating at the same time. I didn’t realise how much tension I held in my body until after the session. I’m looking forward to my next session and highly recommend.
I had my first ever online breathwork session with Emma yesterday. I went into it not really knowing what to expect, other than it would involve use of breath. The session was really enjoyable/relaxing in parts (drifted off once) and quite invigorating in other ways. There was music throughout - which was nice, especially the positive song at the end….it all ended with a relaxing/meditation session. Emma suggested I use positive affirmations through the session, which I did, I found that quite powerful. All in all a really enjoyable evening spent
Just home from a great breathing session with Emma. I didn’t know what to expect so I went open minded. The session was explained to me before we began which I felt was good. It was so calming and relaxing. Made me think about how I breathe and how I feel about myself. I even had a nano sleep so that shows how relaxing it was. Thanks so much Emma. I will be back for sure xx
Emma made me feel so calm and relaxed and I can’t recommend having a go of her breathwork sessions more highly. I learnt so much about my breathing and she has given me tools to help with my anxiety and panic attacks. I feel more in control and empowered and have already booked another session!
Thank you so much for this evening’s Breathwork session Emma. So generous of you to give your time in such a valuable way. I felt so light on the drive home, almost weightless from lack of stress or worry. Proud of myself for coming along but even more grateful to you for extending a welcome invitation to me. The session itself was so relaxing and I must admit it did get a bit teary and emotional and one point! You were great, your words were perfect and exactly what I needed to hear.
