I know how to breathe, so why would I do breathwork?

Most people don’t breathe in the most optimum way for physical and mental health and breathwork can address and rectify this.  

I had no idea I was breathing backwards before I trained!  Breath awareness is one of the most fundamental mindful techniques out there.  When our emotional or mental state changes, our breath can be affected, but not everyone makes the connection and realises that if we change our breathing, we can change our mental and emotional state.  

With breathwork, we can begin to open ourselves up to deeper experiences that allow us to access the subconscious and release energy, tension, emotional blockages and so much more.
