Jubilee and Birthday Celebrations

What a great start to the extra long bank holiday weekend!

The sun is shining and I’ve just finished such a great small group breathwork session.  Diaphragm massages all round, followed by some energising breathwork to set the mood for the rest of the day.  I’m off for a pub lunch in a bit to celebrate a rather special man’s birthday!  Happy days x
