Heart rate and nose breathing trial!
So, I’ve learnt all about how to improve my sporting performance through breathwork and am now trialling this. Over the past two week’s I’ve improved my 5km run speed by nearly 1 minute per km. It’s super challenging and is going to take more practice, but it’s really working. My heart rate is staying low, my breathing is controlled and my speed is improving without me really trying. I’m not far off my PB from years back! Wowzers!
